Internet Marketing – Another Way of Doing Normal Business

The next few paragraphs can go a long way toward dispelling confusion about marketing products, websites, and even existing businesses on the Internet.

Remember what I always say:

Internet marketing is not a lottery. It’s just another way of doing normal business.

1. stop thinking about “internet marketing” and start thinking about “business.” All the basic offline business and marketing principles and human motivators apply just as well on the net. Only the technology and delivery methods will differ.

Regardless of what marketplace they are in, people will always want wealth, health, and romance.

But even in those 3 markets (online or off!)  something must be SOLD before a profit can be gained.

So if you are serious about your future on the net, you will need something to SELL. And it must be something that

Content Marketing with Youtube Videos

Besides the traditional text articles, blogmasters should consider presenting a mix of video and audio content to keep the reader interested.

Most of the world’s internet users now have broadband internet connection that can load and play video and audio content with no problem. Embedding those media forms into a Wordpress blog post (as the primary content or as a supportive element) is just a matter of a few button clicks within the WP admin platform – especially when using one of the many free Wordpress plugins  that are designed for that purpose.

It’s also good to remember that Youtube.com is being touted (at least as of this writing) as the “world’s second largest search engine” – right behind Google of course. Literally millions of videos on practically every topic of human interest are available for use as content on privately owned blogs.

To make it falling down simple, Youtube even creates the video embed code to copy/paste into your blog post. In other words, Youtube wants their videos to go viral.

A word of caution however …. before you embed any Youtube video into a blog post, watch that video through until the end, to be sure it isn’t in direct competition or conflict with your own blog and offerings.

This eight-step method offers a structured approach that, if taken with
